As your health changes, your treatment often needs to change with it. Symptoms improve, new patterns emerge, medications change, life circumstances shift, and your care should adapt accordingly.
The HxW Herbal Therapeutics Program (HTP) provides ongoing clinical herbal management designed to support your progress between comprehensive evaluations. Rather than simply prescribing herbs, we continuously evaluate how you're responding and make thoughtful adjustments when appropriate to help keep your treatment aligned with your health goals.
As your health evolves, your herbal treatment should evolve with it.
Personalized Herbal Care That Evolves With You
Following your Comprehensive or Supplemental Herbal Evaluation, you may be recommended for the Herbal Therapeutics Program if ongoing herbal management is clinically appropriate.
The Herbal Therapeutics Program begins with an initial three-month enrollment. This initial period allows us to evaluate your response to treatment, refine your herbal plan as needed, and determine the most appropriate long-term approach to your care.
Following the initial enrollment period, patients may continue in the Herbal Therapeutics Program or, when clinically appropriate, transition to another level of care.

Because every patient is different, your treatment plan is individualized to your clinical needs.
*Most herbal products prescribed as part of the Herbal Therapeutics Program are included in your monthly program fee. In rare circumstances, exceptionally costly or highly specialized herbal formulations may require an additional fee. Any additional costs will always be discussed with you before they are incurred.

Limited to 3 new patients per month
Available through October 31, 2026
Patients who remain continuously enrolled are grandfathered at that rate.
